(1) Apart from the fine amount received in accordance with section 13 of the Act, the fee and other amounts received in accordance with the Act and this regulation shall be deposited in the fund of the concerned village development committee or municipality.

(2) The amount collected according to sub-rule (1) will be spent on activities related to personal incident registration.
